On January 25, 2020, we enter a new lunar year. It will be the Year of the Metal Rat. Metal Rat years are fast-paced and focused on finding success. In this workshop, we’ll discover what the Metal Rat energy means for you. We’ll look at predictions for each sign of the Chinese zodiac. And you’ll be given a unique Feng Shui remedy for each sign to bring in prosperity energy.
Then we’ll uncover the Five Element System and how it can help you harmonize with people and environments. The space you’re in, it’s décor and the objects in it affect your mood, energy and decision making. Behavioral psychologists call this priming but the Chinese call it Feng Shui. Feng Shui has its roots in the Five Element system and Astrology. This is a unique system, different than our Western four-element system because the elements interact with each other in several cycles including a creative cycle and a destructive cycle. By balancing the elements you can create more harmony, peace and attract more opportunities.
We’ll then dig deeper into your Bazi chart also called Four Pillar Astrology. You have an animal sign and an element for the year you were born but you also have an animal sign and an element for the month, day and time you were born. These pillars make up your Bazi chart. Using a simple app you can download to your phone each student can find their own Bazi chart and follow along.

ABOUT OUR SPEAKER
Donna Stellhorn is an Astrologer, Feng Shui expert and has written 15 books, including Feng Shui Form and the best-selling booklet Sage & Smudge. Her annual Chinese Astrology series, which includes Chinese Astrology 2020 Year of the Metal Rat, is the best-selling Chinese Astrology series on Amazon. Her latest book/course, Plate Size Matters, combine Feng Shui with weight loss where she describes how she used Feng Shui techniques to lose 35 pounds and keep it off.
Donna lectures on both Chinese Astrology and Western Astrology as well as Feng Shui. Recently, she has lectured at Western Digital, Warner Records, Room & Board, the Rancho Santa Fe Water District, Brion Jeannette Architecture, and the San Diego Airport Authority. She’s been on Coast to Coast AM with George Noory. She spoke at the 2018 United Astrology Conference in Chicago and the 2019 NCGR Conference in Baltimore. She writes for Horoscope.com, Astrology.com and Conscious Community Magazine. Donna is on the board of the International Feng Shui Guild and NCGR—San Diego.
