ABOUT OUR SPEAKER
Michael Feist’s personal astrological teachers were Ludwig Rudolph’s widow Emma and his son Udo.
During Michael’s studies of computer science (focus on human medicine) at University of Hamburg, he established his own publishing enterprise specializing in software and the coaching of astrologers in technical astrological issues.
Since the early 1990’s, Michael’s been the Editor of the astrological Journal “Hamburger Hefte” (est. 1960) and in 2005 he became owner of the Witte-Verlag Publishing House, which was established by L.Rudolph in 1927. Witte-Verlag is the main source for Uranian Astrology publications since the early beginning – and, by the way – is the oldest existing astrological Publishing House in Germany today.
Michael was one of the seven founders of the International Uranian Fellowship (“IUF”) in 2007. He presented at IUF-conferences in Hamburg, New York, Bangkok and Istanbul. He also spoke on Uranian Astrology at UAC 2012 in New Orleans and IAD 2015 in Bangkok.
While supporting the global study of Uranian Astrology abroad, its growth had waned a bit in Hamburg. So in 2015, Michael and Bernd Singer reestablished an astrological association with Hamburg colleagues based on the model of the first Association Hamburg School (1925). Michael, as chairman, regularly holds astrological meetings, lectures and education classes at his “AstroHouse” which has been in use for the study of Uranian Astrology for over 50 years.
